The Master Plan grants maximum efficiency, short ways, a great choice of differently charactered estate lots, and after all, it reflects the natural beauty of the surrounding Colorado landscape. A variety of estate lots are available to a few early members. Some sport direct access and views of the track, others are secluded and private. We also have sites available next to the Equestrian Center.
